2. Orders and Payments
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, basket contents and selected shipping option.
Prices may be updated from time to time. Any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the rare case of a clear pricing mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Placing an Order & Our Acceptance
When you place an order on our website, this is an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if:
- products are out of stock
- payment cannot be processed or is flagged for security reasons
- there is a pricing/description error
- we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund you in full.
Payment Methods
We accept major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Your Right to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in line with applicable consumer laws.
- If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, we will refund your payment in full.
- If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you must return the items to us in their original condition and packaging (unless reasonably necessary to inspect them) to receive a refund.
Once we receive the returned products, we aim to process your refund within 14 days.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
Indicative delivery times for standard services are typically 3–6 days, although this may vary depending on your address, the shipping method selected and carrier performance.

5. Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, we generally accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for products that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging (unless they are excluded for hygiene or legal reasons, as set out in our Returns Policy).
Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to issue any applicable refund within 72 hours, to the original payment method where possible.
